LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE  ON ALL OVER NIGHT SHIPMENTS WITH SIGNATURE.
To guarantee your order we ship FedEx Priority or Standard Overnight on Monday through Thursdays ( Saturday Delivery is available upon request and approval of increased rate). Once your berghia have shipped your tracking number will be emailed to you.  Your signature will be required at time of delivery.

HOW THEY SHIP
All live purchases are bagged with oxygen and securely packed into an insulated box. Heating or cooling packs are added, as necessary. We ship FedEx Priority or Standard Overnight (Mon-Thurs). Saturday Delivery is available upon request and approval of increased rate.

​DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR
Without a signature, we have no way of telling how long your shipment sat outside in the heat or cold, therefore we will not honor a guarantee on any livestock not signed for. If proof of delivery comes back "signature on file, no signature required, guarantee will not be honored....Furthermore, any delay in delivery such as an unsuccessful delivery attempt, will void the livestock warranty.

DOA
In the unfortunate event that your berghia arrive DOA. You must send clear pictures within 1 hour of delivery in the bottle they arrived in. If you do not do so we have no way of telling what your berghia could have been exposed to. Therefore the live arrival guarantee will be void.   Please follow the acclimation instructions

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We will ship Standard USPS. However, there will be NO GUARANTEE that your berghia will arrive alive. We will not refund any berghia purchases sent USPS. Please inform us if you would like us to ship this way.
